Service Description

Full body exam includes weight, height, BMI, waist circumference, vital signs, blood, and urine collection. Done in client home or as an Onsite service for small businesses for your staff.

Cancellation Policy

A no call no show will be charged to clients card for not canceling in advance. Appointments can always be rescheduled for another day and time when convenient for you. We reserve the right to no longer serve a client who has no called no showed. All deposits are forfeited for techs inconvenience.
